The problem with having a huge number of ESWAT troops or using Elite teams like the Ghost in the Shell Section 9 Team is that in order to play a balanced game you need a fair number of baddies.
So using all of the Oddzial Osmy figures I could muster I mixed in some Rebel Minis, GZG and Khurasan figures. Some of these were painted by two other people, so I touched them up a little to better match my painting style. I also went with a uniform base color and flocking. I think they fit together pretty well.
So up top there is some specialist and leader figures followed by six squads of 8 people, including a leader, a Squad Automatic Weapon and an RPG in each squad.
I was looking for a unit that looked like these Refugees from Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig
Or these terrorists from the first episode of the same series.
Oddzial Osmy has a few more Insurgents in the works so this unit might grow or change a bit in the future, but for now it looks like I'll have enough figures for some Anime inspired gaming.
